MLGC Scholarships
The Mount Laurel, NJ Garden Club (MLGC) awards scholarship money to a student(s) that:
- Is a resident of Mount Laurel, NJ
- Is graduating high school in 2025
Qualified applicants must complete/request and submit, the following to their high school guidance counselor:
- The MLGC application form
- An essay as outlined on the application form
- Current transcript copy of the student’s high school grades (including class ranking)
- A letter of recommendation from a high school teacher, guidance counselor or principal
This year, MLGC Scholarship Committee will be selecting two (2) students with $2000 in scholarship funds.
The deadline for 2025 scholarship application and other required documents are due by May 15, 2025.
If any of the above documentation is not completed and mailed in as required, the application cannot be processed.
NOTE- A student may be given preference if pursuing future studies in one of the following:
- Horticulture
- Landscape Design
- Botany
- Environmental Studies
- Agronomy
- Plant pathology/Biology
- Land Management
- Or another related field of study.
